Overall a great place to stay Positive: We stayed in the top floor apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment looks brand new. It's nice with the roof terrace, but there is no seating. (It did not matter to us, the weather was too rainy.) Great location, just a short walk from the Asakusa subway station. Senso-ji template and Asakusa are very close, Ueno park within walkable distance. It's very quiet inside as long as the windows are closed, something we greatly appreciated. The wardrobes were a great place to keep bags instead of cluttering the rooms. Beds are very comfortable, and a nice touch with the built-in lighting. We liked having yukatas for everyone, although I think there were only two adult sized ones. Maybe we could have requested a replacement. Washer/dryer was great to have, also great with the umbrella room by the reception! Be aware that with 8 people (max number) in the apartment, there will be a queue to the toilet and bathroom since there is only one of each. Negative: While we have no major complaints, here's a few improvements that could move this place from Very good to Astounding. Kitchen: - When there is a tea maker, you kind of expect there to be tea as well. - Some of us like sugar in the coffee/tea, I don't expect to have to buy a whole packet of sugar for a short stay. - No instructions for the gas stove. - There is no drying rack for dishes. - No separate bin for bottles/cans. Aren't you supposed to recycle them? Hallway: - We really, really missed a shoe horn. - The only place to sit when putting on your shoes is on the step in the hallway. A foldout seat could perhaps be useful? Living room: - The only place to sit is the sofa. No chairs or stools or even floor pillows. Overall a lack of seating. - It's great that you can cook or bring in takeout, but where are you supposed to eat? Standing by the kitchen counter? Sitting on the bed? - Some kind of wall decoration would have made the place feel less sterile. Bedrooms: - I would have liked some place for clothes I planned to use again the next day, separate from the wardrobe. Hooks like the ones in the hallway would have worked for me. The instructions for using the washer/dryer need to be more explicit. I suggest including the whole panel, and translate every label. If you cannot read Japanese, it's hard to identify the labels by image recognition only. I used my phone to translate the labels on the machine instead. It's also not clear whether you're supposed to add detergent or if the machine does it.

The perfect stay in perfect asakusa Positive: When we got to the place and entered the room, it was so clean and tidy that we actually felt like we are the first guests to ever stay in this room, I need to get cleaning tips from them! Also, the staff were amazing and super friendly + it's in asakusa so what else can you ask for, the place is perfect Negative: Nothing, everything was so perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, comfortable apartment in the perfect location of Asakusa. Positive: We would definitely recommend this property to others. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and modern. We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment as a family of four adults, and everything was perfect. The beds, bedding, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and all the necessary amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to stay at this property again!
