Super friendly staff, ultra modern apartment with everything you would need for a family & great location. Positive: The location: so close to a Life supermarket, and a short walk to the Sensoji Temple, the Hokkaido Milk Bar & to Matchamon. We really appreciated the friendly staff - they were so helpful & kind with our many enquiries. They also allowed us to store our luggage on our last day as our flight left at 9pm. Honestly, we really liked the apartment, in particular the super comfortable sofa bed, the smart tv, the size of the fridge & all the storage. Negative: Probably the bunk beds in the second bedroom as the room was very small & the bunks were difficult to get in & out off however would be fine for young children. Also, not much room to prep or eat dinner but manageable.

Positive: Staff was very helpful - replied quickly to messages and was there to assist. Location is great. Facility is new and well equipped. Negative: Room with bunk bed was tiny - just the bed and a door.

Tolle Lage, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber, toller Aufenthalt. Positive: Es war sehr gut, natürlich klein in Tokio, aber der Platz wurde optimal genutzt. Es gibt alles was man benötigt, auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, Bügeleisen Waschmaschine etc. Es gibt Anleitungen in Englisch, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gut ist auch, dass es trotz kleiner Wohnung sehr viel Stauraum gibt, um alles auszupacken. Sie war auch sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber sehr nah an Geschäften, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Bahn. Negative: Sie ist sehr klein, aber das ist für Tokio sicher normal und das preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Great! Positive: Location was good, not too far away from local shops/food (took about 10 mins) and quiet which is what we wanted. Apartment was very clean, staff lovely and helpful. Washing machine in bathroom was a definite plus to use. Bedrooms are quite tight, being an apartment it was helpful to have the extra bit of space outside the bedrooms. Over all good experience and wouldn't hesitate using it as a base again. Negative: Can't think of anything I didn't like.

This new apparthotel is a gem Positive: Great, new property in a lovely part of the city. This newly opened apartment hotel was a great find on booking.com. We loved the friendly helpful welcome which continued throughout our stay - great team. The facilities and equipment were excellent - the interior design was SO pleasing. Negative: Leaving it!! (The lift and the second floor public landing area were suffering from ingrained stains/marks from building or repair work)
