Positive: We spent 9 wonderful days at MoriKoYa Hotel. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it was spotless, well-equipped, and remarkably spacious compared to standard Japanese hotel rooms. From a thorough walk-through of the amenities on day one to the friendly, always-helpful reception staff, the service was outstanding.  The location is ideal for discovering Tokyo. It is incredibly well-connected, with the Tsukuba Express line close by and the Ginza line just a nine-minute walk away, making it very easy to reach most of the city's top attractions. It also hat lots of fantastic local restaurants just a short walk away. We won't look anywhere else next time we're in Tokyo—we’ll be back at MoriKoYa for sure!

Positive: Overall, the accommodation was very clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony with its seating area was definitely a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Unfortunately, we had to leave the accommodation earlier than planned due to a few minor issues. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally and kindly, and made a genuine effort to resolve everything that followed. We really appreciated their understanding and support. Overall, the value for money was reasonable, and we had a positive experience. Thumbs up! 👍 Negative: As the accommodation is still quite new, there are a few small details that could use some fine-tuning to make the stay even more comfortable for future guests. However, these are minor things and nothing major. Overall, everything was good. The location is okay. The nearest subway stations are a few minutes’ walk away, which is generally not a problem. However, if you are traveling with large suitcases, in a bigger group, or with small children, this is something worth keeping in mind. Overall, a good experience.

Positive: The size of the room was a perfect for a family of 4. We made it work with 4 large suitcases and 4 backpacks. Having a washing machine in room was fantastic. Negative: Fridge was a bit small.
